Children the world over get at least one good talking to in their school career about the danger of cars. Caspar's school decided that the best way to teach them is to let them drive one. We are pleased to report that given the usual apparent lack of health and safety regulations, on this occasion it appears that they did a little risk assessment and decided that if they were going to let over-excited 9 year olds drive cars they should close the road and issue a few fluorescent jackets.
